Justin Timberlake has come a long way from his boy-band roots. The singer-turned-actor-turned singer took to Instagram a few weeks ago to reveal that a mere six (and a half) months after the release of his extremely successful comeback album, the second half of The 20/20 Experience would hit stores on Sept. 30.
It’s a bold move for Timberlake, who didn’t release an album for seven years, to drop two 10-track albums in such quick succession. But with fans buying 968,000 copies of the Part 1 during its first week, it is hardly a risky move. You don’t have to wait for September for another dose of Timberlake, though, as he is hitting the road with Jay-Z for the Legends of the Summer Tour.
