While Don Draper was knocking back highballs, the Mob was knocking heads together in Las Vegas. More ambitious than the typical CBS crime drama, Vegas pits a rancher turned sheriff (Dennis Quaid) against a Chicago boss (The Shield’s Michael Chiklis) who’s flown in to take over the town.
