Chicago rapper Fiasco supposedly completed this album in 2010 while waiting for last year’s long-delayed Lasers to be released. He can be one of the most reflective, politically astute MCs around, although the recent singles “Around My Way” and “Bitch Bad” get a little finger-waggish.
