DiCaprio spent the first few years post-Titanic trying to shrink from the spotlight while he battled “Leo-mania” (the extreme fan worship by young women). After making several smaller films, DiCaprio rose again to prominence in 2002’s Catch Me If You Can. He followed that performance with starring roles in such films as Gangs of New York (his first of many collaborations with Martin Scorsese), Revolutionary Road (which reunited him with Kate Winslet) and Inception. He’s been nominated for three Oscars and eight Golden Globes, winning in 2004 for his portrayal of Howard Hughes in The Aviator. A perennial bachelor, DiCaprio, now 37, has been linked to models Gisele Bundchen and Bar Refaeli, as well as actress Blake Lively.
