Four years after appearing in Titanic, Paxton joined James Cameron on an expedition to the actual ship. His film about the trip, Ghosts of the Abyss, was released in 2003. He is best known recently for playing Bill Henrickson, a Mormon polygamist on HBO’s Big Love. Later this year, he will co-star in the History Channel’s Hatfields & McCoys with Kevin Costner, and he’s been hired to direct the big-screen version of the TV series, Kung Fu.
