Troubled former star Amanda Bynes agreed Friday to see a counselor for six months to avoid jail time in connection with her alleged antics at a New York City apartment building, the New York Daily News reports.
Bynes, coming out of a turbulent year, faces misdemeanor charges for allegedly throwing a marijuana bong out of the window of a 36th-floor apartment in May. No one was injured.
The 27-year old former Nickelodeon star has until Jan. 30 to alert the court that she is complying and seeing a counselor twice a week for six months.
