Tina Fey, the Emmy-award winning creator of 30 Rock, will create a straight-to-series comedy with producing partner Robert Carlock for NBC, the network announced Thursday.

The 13-episode show, staring The Office’s Ellie Kemper, will focus on a woman building a life in New York City—after escaping from a doomsday cult. It’s slated to air in the fall of 2014. Fey and Carlock will write together and produce along with David Miner.

“Tina and Robert, who cemented their partnership on ‘30 Rock,’ have created a new signature comedy for us that is audacious, emotional, and clever,” Robert Greenblatt, chairman of NBC Entertainment, said in the statement.
