It didn’t take long for Marky Mark to go from bulked-up rapper to even bulkier movie hunk. He’s played a variety of roles that have included his biceps as part of the cast, but none more so than in The Fighter — he trained for about four years in the ring to pull off the role, according to Men’s Health. Along with boxing regiments, Wahlberg mixes in plenty of weights, cardio and circuit training to stay fit for whatever action role swings his way. The workouts paid off, though, allowing Wahlberg to look completely natural boxing his way through a family crisis.
