To keep up her roles as a fast-moving action star in movies such as Fast & Furious and Avatar Michelle Rodriguez has kept lean. Her biceps—still with plenty of punch, mind you—get their toned shape from a workout routine that mixes in boxing, surfing and yoga. She’s also trained with the Marines for movie roles and is all about adding in outdoor-based sports at all times.
