JULIANNE HOUGH IN JENNY PACKHAM: We know she’s an accomplished dancer, but in this Jenny Packham frock, Julianne Hough looks like she could have literally walked off the stage of Dancing with the Stars. Hough arrived at the Emmys on the arm of her brother Derek Hough, a nominee for his DWTS choreography, but she stole focus with her sloppy look.
