Rob Lowe will soon make his debut playing President John Kennedy in the National Geographic film, Killing Kennedy, based on Bill O’Reilly’s bestseller of the same title. According to the IDMb (www.imdb.com) and our own research, this role has been taken on by at least twenty-two actors. Judging from their experience, it’s apt to be neither the role of a lifetime nor a career-killing move. Here is a partial list of some of the actors who have preceded Lowe, along with some interesting tidbits about the productions.
