Susan Sarandon and her real-life daughter Eva Amurri Martino will play an eccentric mom and “type A+” kid in an NBC pilot called Raising Ivy. Amurri Martino — whose father is Italian director Franco Amurri — not only came up with the show’s concept, she also co-wrote the pilot and acted as an executive producer alongside Sarandon, Will McCormack and Rashida Jones.
