As Breaking Bad fans prepare to bid farewell to Walt, Jesse and the rest of the characters after tomorrow’s series finale, actress Betsy Brandt — who plays Marie Schrader, wife of DEA agent Hank Schrader (Dean Norris) — is promising the show will go out strong.

“The ending is good, it’s really good,” Brandt says in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, adding that viewers are “going to need a lot” of tissues to get through the episode.

Brandt said her hardest scene to film was a particular moment when she told Bryan Cranston’s character Walter White that he should kill himself. Recounting that moment to EW, she began to cry.

“It would be much easier to walk away if there weren’t such great memories,” Brandt says. “Vince Gilligan, he made this show about a high school teacher who cooks meth, and it changed all of our lives.”
