WikiLeaks has posted what it’s calling a “mature version” of the script of the “The Fifth Estate,” a movie out next month starring Benedict Cumberbatch that WikiLeaks claims is “a work of fiction masquerading as fact.”

The whistleblower site also released a memo that explains the script came from one of the site’s sources towards the end of principal photography this year.

Most of the events depicted in the film never happened, or the people shown were not involved in them, WikiLeaks insists.

“It has real names, real places and looks like it is covering real events, but it is still a dramatic and cinematic work, and it invents or shapes the facts to fit its narrative goals,” the memo reads.

In a recent interview with the Guardian, Cumberbatch said WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange sent him a “10-page e-mail” that tried to talk the actor of out taking his role portraying Assange.
