Katie Holmes, newly split from that Hollywood actor fellow, is the big attraction of this comedy by Theresa Rebeck, about an Ohio brother and sister with a family secret. Rebeck, the prolific author of plays like Seminar and The Understudy (and creator of TV’s Smash), never quite lives up to expectations for me. But Holmes exceeded them in her Broadway debut four years ago in Arthur Miller’s All My Sons, and she makes this a hot ticket.
