(8) Few directors capture the spectrum of romantic moods — from loneliness to longing — like Coppola, and she brings her practiced eye to this project. Add some sun-dappled scenery, the weary youth who’ve seen too many hotel pools and nightclub banquettes, and a Bryan Ferry song — and you have a commercial that looks like it might’ve been assembled from outtakes from her last few movies.
