Lena Dunham speaks onstage at "Howard Stern's Birthday Bash" on January 31 in New York City.

At this point, there are only a few things that Lena Dunham hasn’t done — and one of them is host Saturday Night Live. That’s set to change on March 8 when she joins musical guest The National (not The Cabin Sisters, mind you) in Studio 8H.

Dunham, 27, is in the midst of her third season as the creator and star of Girls, which HBO has already picked up for a fourth season. Though it will Dunham’s first time hosting SNL, Girls already earned itself a parody in the first episode of the show’s 39th season back in September.

No word yet on whether any of Dunham’s co-stars or assorted famous pals will drop by and make a cameo during her hosting gig.
