Justin Bieber has a hot Valentine’s Day date with a South Florida judge. But “the Biebs” is unlikely to get to drink wine and eat chocolate during his intimate arraignment on DUI charges.

The pop singer, 19, was ordered to a Miami-Dade County court on Feb. 14 on Tuesday, to be arraigned for resisting arrest and driving with an expired license on top of the original DUI.

But there’s still hope for Brazilian models with an empty calendar next month. Bieber’s lawyers might be able to file his plea in writing, which means that the singer himself might not have to attend, the AP reports.

Bieber was arrested last week in Miami Beach for what police described as an illegal street drag race with R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff. Police say the pop star admitted to drinking, smoking marijuana and taking prescription pills. He was not charged with drag-racing.
