Authentic Brands Group said Tuesday that it has bought Elvis Presley’s intellectual property from CORE Media Group for an undisclosed price. It will partner with another company to operate the tourism hot-spot, Graceland.

Authentic Brands now controls Elvis Presley enterprises, and therefore the licensing and merchandising rights to the Rock’n’Roll King’s image, name, likeness, much of his music, photos, movies and television appearances, according to the Associated Press.

Presley’s daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, says she will still own Elvis Presley’s Graceland home and the original items inside it. Presley died on Aug. 16, 1977 at age 42 in Memphis, Tenn.
