How I Met Your Mother

The girl with the yellow umbrella will finally get a chance to tell her side of the story in a spinoff of How I Met Your Mother.

After two weeks of deliberation, CBS has struck a deal with 20th Century Fox to order up How I Met Your Dad, the female account of Ted Mosby’s quest to find his one true love on the long-running, popular sitcom How I Met Your Mother.

The show will feature a host of new characters, but will connect with HIMYM’s Robin, Ted, Lily, Marshall and Barney at the familiar locale of MacLaren’s Pub. HIMYM creators and executive producers Carter Bays and Craig Thomas will team up with Up All Night creator and executive producer Emily Spivey for the sitcom.

HIMYM is the second highest-rated CBS series behind The Big Bang Theory, and will air its finale episode this year.

Does this mean that 1) it will star the girl playing the mother, or that 2) it is going to be set in the early 2000s? Wouldn't her story be taking place during the same time as the show we just finished watching?  Are they going to use the same clips of the (now GROWN) kids to bookend the show?

HIMYM is really fun. Is well known in our country.
Ted and four friends is the story of finding true love.
20 minutes of one episode may be over by the time the fascinated.
Due to the comedy I was a fan of Neil Patrick Harris.
Ever since I was little, so the end of this comedy is so disappointing.
HIMYM is the second highest-rated CBS series behind The Big Bang Theory, and will air its finale episode this year.
Being a high ranking seems to deserve it. And I hope to continue to be a high ranking.
Please continue to show good activity
I will always support  you.

I cannot wait fot this show to be over. All they have been doing is adding nonsense-filling episodes for the last 4 years!! and now this??

My prediction is that this series will last about as long as a snowflake in a blast furnace.
