Singer Chris Brown performs on NBC's 'Today' show at Rockefeller Center in New York August 30, 2013.

After a little more than two weeks in rehab for anger management, Chris Brown is back the public sphere and insists that he will continue to seek professional help as an outpatient.

“Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area,” the singer’s representative told E!

Brown entered the rehabilitation program after engaging in another violent altercation in late October, when he allegedly punched a fan who wanted to take a photo with him.

While the R&B star is hailed for his catchy pop tunes and slick dance moves, his notorious temper has often overshadowed his talent, perhaps most infamously in 2009 when he viciously beat his girlfriend and fellow star Rihanna. The ugly incident ended up leading to a felony conviction.
