Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camile Grammer underwent a radical hysterectomy Friday after she was diagnosed with early stage endometrial cancer.

The ex-wife of actor Kelsey Grammer is recovering from surgery and is expected to make a full recovery, her representative Howard Bragman told PEOPLE.

Grammer, 45, was at an elevated risk for cancer because of genetics.  She has two children with her former husband.
