Two of Sesame Street‘s most beloved characters will star in a new U.K. children’s series called “The Furchester.” Sesame Workshop and the BBC’s preschool channel, CBeebies, will produce the show together, the Los Angeles Times reports.
The show, centered around a family of cuddly monsters running a hotel, will premiere in the fall of 2014. The plot focuses on the antics and screw-ups of the various cast of monsters. Cookie Monster works in room service (naturally), and Elmo is a guest at the hotel. Like the American Sesame Street we know and love, the show is will be educational in nature.
