Geraldo Rivera’s half-naked “selfie” that he posted online earlier this summer has gotten him kicked off a panel at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.

Duquesne said the cellphone picture that Rivera tweeted in July was inappropriate and not on line with the Catholic university’s values, the Associated Press reports.

The TV personality was supposed to host a panel marking the 50th anniversary of President John F. Kennedy’s assassination. Rivera said he learned of the cancellation last week.

@TIME Cannot believe that Geraldo Rivera has also done it. Is he kidding? After all the scandals and now he does it. Why?

Jerry Rivers has never met an illegal alien he hasn't embraced.

Of course, Rivera doesn't have to compete economically with the multi-millions of illegals who compete with the working-poor and unemployed citizens Rivers has no regard for.

Ethnicity trumps nationality for those higher up the socio-economic hierarchy who prosper at the common folk's expense.

So until they saw his half-naked picture, Duquesne University thought he DID reflect their Catholic values?  Or that he is an actual journalist with sufficient seriousness and dignity to head a discussion of this nature?

Someone has obviously not been paying attention.
