She was very fortunate and was very envied. It's horrible to read the things that are posted about her when it is very clear that she was victimized with someone having taken advantage of the woman.

She sang some of the most compassionate pop songs in the world and, unfortunately, instead of her falling into a voyeur she grew bitter having allowed idiots in and around her person.

Probably the greatest vocalist of all time. She is greatly missed.

I love her so much! She is still my inspiration and I am pretty sure we will never hear another voice like hers. She was the best and people are used to envy that. The ones who are trying to dirty her name wish they could have at least a bit of her talent.

Yes, she took drugs, but everybody knows it is pretty common in showbiz... than what? Was she worst than any other artist? Nowadays we have a lot of shit singing, acting and taking drugs as well.

Hey SukeMadiq. Do you have any sort of compassion within you? I'm sure you have life issues that may threaten your very own livelyhood if you don't keep them in check. The disrespect that you're representing here is very unnecessary. Whitney HOuston was a very gifted, yet troubled soul. You should really get a life. You're nasty, bitter, and probably balding and therefore miserable. I wish you well. You sure need something bigger than yourself to get you through your life.

This woman's voice was something of the God's. I've listened and heard many a great and one of a kind singers and hovering over even them is the great Ms Whitney Houston. She was a powerhouse talent that we will never see the likes of again. Happy Birthday to the Greatest Vocalist of All Time. Ms Whitney Houston.

She was a crackhead with a nice voice, nothing to really glorify.  She leaves behind a messed up daughter without a mother.

@musiqluva I agree with a portion of your comment. She was a gifted soul but her troubles came from her being envied and naive.

My hair is great by the way, both my Grandfathers dies in their 90's with a full head of hair.   But you would have admired them more if they could sing and killed themselves in their 40's with drugs and left my parents without a father!

@SukeMadiq That's a absolutely horrible thing to say. In the news there were radio DJs that said the same thing on the air and were fired for those words.

She was victimized and made into the junkie, if she was a junkie, that seemingly killed her. I write seemingly killed her since the are still variables at, around and during the cause of dead that her addition masked when she died.

@SukeMadiq Truly a post of the most ignorant caliber. And most disgusting content.  As well as context. The award goes to you. Some people depict just how truly miserable they are without stating a word of it.

You're entitled to your own opinion, but if you don't have anything nice to say (about a deceased person at that), why say anything at all? You wouldn't want your mother being called names if she had the same struggle.

 Only God knows what flaws your grandfathers had, creating a sick monster like you. You're truly a monster in every sense of the word. Hope you die the worst way possible.

@cankecan

If your mom had it all and killed herself after decades of smoking crack and left you to marry your adopted brother you might feel different about her...
