Maybe the best part of Jessica Biel’s biceps is their versatility. She dressed them up for roles in Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve, but can also strap plenty of firepower around them in films like Blade: Trinity and Total Recall. Biel is a workout nut, mixing in outdoor enthusiast activities (think: hiking Mount Kilimanjaro) with plenty of yoga, strength training, running and plyometric exercises, according to Fit Sugar. For Total Recall, she added martial arts training to the list — which is a good thing because when she wasn’t flying hovercraft-style vehicles, she was fending off the enemy to save Colin Farrell with her newly acquired boxing-type skills.
