The Godfather was a superb movie, but we all should be thankful the Don never took off his shirt. On the other hand, A Streetcar Named Desire features a Marlon Brando in his physical prime. The movie not only showcases Brando’s incomparable acting ability, but also his skill at wearing a T-shirt so that it exposes his muscles in just the perfect way. (And it got even better when the shirt came off.) It was one of the first times Hollywood had gone shirtless, and audiences did not complain.
