Sarah Palin Goes Fishing, Catches Political Metaphor

TLC has released more preview video from Sarah Palin’s Alaska. In today’s installment, the Palin family goes on a fishing trip, and encounters—this is too perfect—a mama grizzly. (OK, I’m not a zoologist and cannot ascertain if the species is in fact grizzly, but I’m sticking with it for now.) “I love these mama bears,” Sarah remarks. “What I see in that is what a mom would do, too. Anything and everything, laying down her life for her kids.” And above all, not letting the bloated government take a fat percentage of her salmon, or prevent drilling on her territory!

Sarah Palin’s Alaska explores the Last Frontier’s rich resources of thinly veiled political statements on Nov. 14—right after midterms. Because the embedded video auto-plays on loading, I’m posting it after the jump:
