Tuned In

Today's TCA Roundup

As the TV critics’ press tour continued in Pasadena, CBS (along with sibling network The CW) wrapped up its presentations and NBC has just begun its portion. Some headlines:

* NBC’s Angela Bromstad answered—or judging by early press reactions, evaded—questions about Jay Leno, Ben Silverman, Kings, Paula Abdul, Chuck and more at NBC’s executive session this morning. Here’s what Televisionary had to say about it.

* At The CW’s session, there were vampires. Here’s what the blog we affectionately call Evil Tuned In had to say about it. Meanwhile, Ken Tucker was more taken with the midseason Life Unexpected.

* Finally, I missed this a couple days ago, but you must read Tim Goodman’s beautiful account of PBS’ Patti Smith session, which I wish I’d stayed around long enough to see. And believe me, I don’t usually say that about press tour sessions.
