I’m attending Tuned In Jr. Jr.’s pre-K stepping-up ceremony this morning—only partly out of Jon-and-Kate-induced parental guilt!—so expect light blogging today. In the meantime, feel free to visit any of the fine establishments in the blogroll at right, or tell us about what you watched last night if you were not professionally obligated to watch J&K’s marriage implode.
Also—although this is not technically The Morning After—I’m curious what anyone thought of the debut of NBC’s Merlin. I liked it better than I’d expected (it was entertaining in a sort of old-The-WB fantasy show kind of way), though not quite enough to post about it. Tomorrow sees the debut of NBC’s The Philanthropist, which also exceeded my low expectations, though I may not have time to review it either.
I’m sensing a pattern here. “NBC’s summer dramas—not as bad as you’d think!” Feel free to use that in the advertising, Ben Silverman.
