Although some people have sworn to me that 24 is on an upswing this season, I’ve been unable to see it. So maybe I just haven’t been paying close enough attention to feel the emotional impact as (spoiler, I guess) good-guy-turned-bad-guy-turned-good-guy-turned-bad-guy Tony got nabbed, and Elisha Cuthbert as Jack’s daughter Kim became imperiled again, though this time not by a cougar. (Remember season 1, when Jack’s wife Teri died in the closing minutes and the show actually seemed to have stakes?) Does anyone want to make the case for season 7?
