Casino Royale is pretty gadget-free, as befits the series’ new Bourne-like direction. Yet, after Bond gets poisoned, he runs back to his car, plugs a syringe into the phone, and transmits his vitals back to headquarters, where doctors are able to give him life-saving directions. This is actually the most useful Bond gadget ever. Someone invent this.
