Robo-Post of the Day: You Are the Programmer–Tuned In Version

Here at Tuned In headquarters, I have limited access to our traffic statistics, which are overseen by the wizards behind the curtain at time.com. That means I have only a vague sense of what kind of posts people are most interested in reading. The comments-section activity is a vague guide, and sometimes a post will surprise me, such as my brief post on the cancellation of Gilmore Girls, which drew quite a list of condolences, eulogies and good-riddances. And it got me thinking that maybe there are some underserved markets out there.

On the other hand, I suspect the comments are an imperfect guide. Hot-topic posts, like my recent one on Rosie O’Donnell, draw lengthy arguments in the comments, but that may be more a sign of the intensity of the controversy than the actual interests of most readers here.

So I thought I’d ask you: what do you want to read more of at Tuned In? What do you want less of? I don’t promise I’ll take every suggestion; as I like to say, just because this blog is on an electronic screen doesn’t mean it’s an ATM. But we do aim to please, or at least to piss you off more efficiently. Sound off!
